Jennifer will be teaching a Zoom, "HIIT Sculpt + Pilates" class starting Tuesday, August 5th through August 28th at 10 am. It will occur every Tuesday and Thursday after that. You can sign up via our Mind Body Site or text 917-549-8667 to sign up. The price will depend on how many people are in the class. Equipment optional, but if you have 3-10lbs. weights, a versa loop, pilates ball and/or sliders (or washcloths) have them ready.
