ADDED ADVICE

-You are allowed spirulina and/or chlorella. Both are nutritious algae, high in amino acids that will help boost energy.

-Take up to 5 grams of Vit. C daily

-Dry brush your skin every day with a long-handled Bath Brush

-You may add Flaxseed oil (whole or cold-pressed) to millet or veggies. 2 tbs. a day.

-Be sure to eat your veggies warm.

-Don't eat potatoes and yams together at the same meal.

-DO NOT drink more than 4 oz. Of water with your meals.

-Millet can be bought at most Health Food Stores in bulk or packaged. This is the most caloric item of the detox. Watch your portion size.

Usually, 1 serving=1/4 cup.To cook it; poor enough millet into a small sauce pan-enough to cover the bottom; Put enough water in to cover about 1 inch above the millet. Cook on medium to high until there is no water left in. Be careful not to undercook or burn. It should not be crunchy, but more textured than oatmeal. You may add 1 tbs. all natural Honey and Cinnamon.

-I usually use a “clean canteen” for my Mid-Morning and Mid-Afternoon snacks. For the Morning Snack, I just add the psyllium right into the bottle with whatever juice I'm having. This way, you can have it on the go.

Also, I'd take the Bentonite Clay (a spoonful-straight or in your tea) just before my bedtime Herbal Tea.
